Treasure Nest Tuesday #12: Beardsley (or Similar) Coaster

Tuesdays are so last... yesterday.

A set of four coasters was donated to the thrift store when I was working there and finishing up my art degree the Bio class I had to take after my senior exhibit to replace my F in Chemistry.

Myself and my similarly mellow artsy hippie type chica nearly came to blows of covetousness before the manager and third corner of our work-BFF-triangle decided to break up the set and sell us each two. This is my favorite (both of my two, and if I remember, the whole set.)

Is the image a real Beardsley? I dunno; I'm too lazy to even scan my coasters on Tuesday- you think I'm gonna look farther than the first page of Google results? Bitch, please.

Is that the first time anyone ever blogged, "I'm too lazy to even scan my coasters on Tuesday"?

Edit: OK, have satisfied self they are actual Beardsley drawings. This image is on my other coaster:

Aubrey Beardsley, “How Sir Tristram Drank of the Love Drink”
(Beardsley image searches = NOM. His stuff is teh hotness. I'm gonna study up, since I'm doing so much pen drawing lately.)
