Running on Fumes

I'm a little wiped. I lived at the shop last week to prep for our lovely Open House, which was a blast until I got hit with a migraine/sciatica double-whammy and ducked out a few minutes early.

By Monday night I'd recovered just enough energy to stay up late on a school night to get my very favorite tattoo. Ganesha feels like he was in my arm like David was in Michelangelo's stone. Angel at Black Eagle set him free. (With very stabby liner needles but who's whining?) He is amazingly beautiful.

On Mother's Day, I'll be raising some art goddess mojo at The Red Tent Benefit for the Midwives' Alliance. I'm unveiling a super secret awesome new line of art objects.

A few days later, Collage opens, and Jamie's nailed me down with an actual contract, so I best be painting and beading.

This weekend? I become a thirty-five year old. Nifty.

  3. Thanks for the tattoo love and cheerleading:) It's always kind of a bummer when life gets in the way of writing about life. *cough*
